As leaders in the organizing and move management industry, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Lead Organizer and Move Manager to grow with us.

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous part time Lead Organizer and Move Manager to oversee and execute space organization projects and manage client relocations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth operations that adhere to our high standards of service. This role requires flexibility in hours and the ability to travel to various locations both South and North of I-70.  This is a part time position with the potential to grow into a full time position as the company grows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage organizing projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate all aspects of move management including inventory, packing, transportation, and unpacking.
  • Work directly with clients to tailor solutions to their needs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure quality control and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, resources, and timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Handle client consultations and follow-ups.
  • Assist with sales as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in professional organizing, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to assist with sales
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required by projects both South and North of I-70.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
