Experienced Non-CDL Truck Driver / Mover

We are currently seeking experienced Non-CDL Truck Drivers with prior moving company experience to join our growing team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a dependable, safety-conscious professional with experience operating 26-foot box trucks in the moving industry. You should be comfortable leading a crew, communicating effectively with customers and coworkers, and working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving 26-foot box trucks
• Previous experience working for a moving company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to guide and motivate crew members
• Attention to detail regarding truck operation, inspections, and basic maintenance
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to enforce company policies and safe work practices
• Ability to promptly report accidents, vehicle issues, or other concerns to management
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities

• Complete moving and rubbish removal jobs according to company standards
• Safely operate company vehicles and ensure proper vehicle care
• Lead and work alongside crew members on residential and commercial jobs
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions
• Help maintain trucks, equipment, and job site cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service on every job

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Ability to repeatedly walk up and down stairs
• Comfortable working in dusty environments during rubbish removal jobs
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day

Schedule

• Must be available to work at least 6 days per week
