Imperial Moving and Storage is seeking Helpers/Movers with at least 6 months experience, preferably have worked in the moving industry or warehouse in the past.

The Helper’s primary duties include the arranging, and lifting of small and large items, storage boxes, and totes. Assemble and disassemble items correctly without losing parts. Load and unload trucks securely to avoid damage. Employees move boxes manually. Packing, wrapping items. This is physical labor that demands manual lifting, carrying, and organizing/arranging of furniture, totes, and boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. Employees must be able to lift and carry items ranging in weight from 24-75 lbs. on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to load/unload a truck a must
• The ideal candidate should have moving experience
• Speaks English
• Flexible work schedule

The company will assess the Helper’s performance after a month to determine who is ready to start a Foreman training.
