Job Description

Our movers perform a range of local moving services including household moves, commercial relocations, packing services, storage pick-ups, freight deliveries, record storage deliveries and warehouse tasks like vaulting storage. Allstate provides classroom training, as well as on the job training to ensure our movers are well trained and comfortable performing their daily tasks.

Your Responsibilities would include:

• Loading and unloading moving trucks
• Packing household goods
• Forklift Duties
• Warehouse Duties
• Maintaining Warehouse’s cleanliness
• May be given special assignment involving pick-up / delivery (driver license required)

These physical activities are essential to the job: Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, and reaching.

Qualifications

• Clean and professional appearance
• Subject to a background and drug testing
• Driving experience preferred but not required
• Must work well with others
• Good communication skills, customer service skills
• Great time management skills.
• Must be able to lift 80 – 100 lbs.

Compensation

Allstate’s starting wage ranges from $13.50 – $ 16 per hour plus tips depending on experience. We offer Full-time and Part-time positions with flexible scheduling.
