OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $17 to $22 an hour in the lead position. Paid $15 during training. Length of training period will depend on the level of experience and overall aptitude.
• Tips: average $1000 to $1500+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
• Total Hourly Pay for Leads: $22 to $30+ an hour
• Overnight Moves are compensated on a percentage basis and include Per Diem allowance for food.
• W2 Employment Status (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt
• Unlimited Vacation
• Paid Time Off after 1 Year

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• At least 1 year experience driving a box truck. The truck that you will be driving the most is a 26 foot box truck; which does not require a CDL but is just under the legal requirement for needing one.
• In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License with an Acceptable Driving Record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to take direction, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people
• Ability to lift 100+lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
• Must have own reliable means of transportation.
• College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but definitely not required.
