As a relocation specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional moving services to ensure our clients have a smooth and stress-free experience.
As a relocation specialist ( Sales Manager) with Moving Plus, you’ll be responsible for:
● Connect with clients to discuss their moving needs and provide expert guidance on the moving process through multiple channels such as phone, chat, email, social media, etc.
● Create accurate and detailed estimates for the cost of moving services.
● Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and plan moves.
● Maintaining clear and frequent communication with clients throughout the entire moving process, from start to finish.
● Review Moving Consultants follow-ups and prospects to ensure that the
company is not missing out on move sale opportunities.
● Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete satisfaction with our services. To be a great fit for this position, you’ll need:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and moving-specific software

● Must be a problem-solver and able to handle high-stress situations with ease.
