Job Details

The primary function of this role is to provide friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers. The successful applicant will understand how to safely and accurately ship and receive parts orders; safely and accurately stock and pick orders from storage; operate a forklift as needed; ensure accuracy and timeliness in each order to meet the expectations of our customers; communicate effectively with customers, workgroups and others; perform other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

They should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and valid state driver’s license. Previous customer service in a parts setting preferred. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with workload requiring that you be on your feet throughout the day. Ability to be successful in fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations. Ability to focus and attention to detail is essential. Ability to be a team player and interact well across workgroups to fulfill customer needs. Skilled communicator is essential for success.
